Shipping Policy

Shipping and handling times may vary based on the delivery address, time of purchase, and item availability. Our products are made as ordered and handling times range within 7 business days* of purchase plus the additional delivery time added from the shipping method of your choice. Before confirmation of your order, you’ll have the option to choose an available shipping method, carrier, cost of delivery, and the delivery date of your order. Transit times are supplied by the carrier and vary with package destination. Please note that transit times are only an estimate and vary depending on the carrier. Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the item being shipped, the shipping method chosen, and the destination address.

We ship within the United States to all 50 states and US territories. The options available for shipping method during checkout will differ based on your shipping address and weight of the items being ordered.

If you order multiple items, your order may arrive in multiple packages and/or shipments. You will not incur any additional charges outside of the chosen option during checkout.

If you receive an order that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receipt of your order so we can notify the shipping carrier.

Trust-tees is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly to remedy the situation. In these circumstances, Trust-Tees is not able to freely replace or refund the item(s), but we will make every effort to assist you with making a claim with the courier. Once a package is released to the carrier for delivery, Trust-Tees is released of all liability for factors that are outside of our control. If a package is marked as delivered but missing from the point of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for refunding or replacing. All orders are shipped with tracking information.
