Return Policy


Thank you for choosing Trust-Tees for your purchase. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If for any reason you have questions or concerns about your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@trust-tees.com.

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us within 14 days of delivery to info@trust-tees.com with “RETURN” in the subject line. Include the item number or description of the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. All returns must be pre-approved by Trust-Tees. We will not accept returns for items washed, worn, or over 30 days.

If the product ordered was defective, damaged, or miss printed, Trust-Tees may request that you email photos clearly showing the problem before issuing a return authorization number and pre-paid label so we can better route the return.

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed merchandise purchased on Trust-Tees.com for return with original tags attached. Unfortunately, any items shipped with tags that are removed are ineligible for return. We understand that some items do not have tags and returns or exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis. For all other returns, excluding those for defect, damage, or miss print issues, shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not match these conditions.

Exchanges:
We do our best to show sizing charts but understand that every body is different. For an exchange, please email us within 14 days of delivery to info@trust-tees.com with “EXCHANGE” in the subject line and the reason for the exchange, including a new request for size or color. The exchange must be for the same design. We will issue an exchange authorization number to include with your return package containing items that are still in new, unused condition in their original package with a copy of your receipt. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not match these conditions. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the return, please allow 6-10 business days to process the return and exchange. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the exchanged item.

Cancellation:
We are a small company that makes everything as ordered. Once an order has been placed, it goes immediately into production and can not be canceled.
